Hi !
I have been training with FL for almost 2 years and I am missing new journeys. I can’t see a progression. When I start a new jorney, exercises are very repetitive and normaly it starts too easy.  I am always requesting harder trainings but they are not enough. Think we need new real challenges.

          I second this, love the Kettlebell fundamentals journey, but need a kettlebell advanced journey just as an example for progression.

          Great idea! I would love to see a Barbell/dumbbell journey cross over with one main Power lift every day and then supersets of dumbbell exercises.
