Journey progression

Hi, long time user of the app.

It would be really great to beef up journeys. For example, if you finish a barbell journey and start a new one a few things seem to be missing:

  • I’m asked how long ago you trained with weights. Could you not tell this from my past workouts?
  • I’m asked how much you can lift for a series of exercises. Could you also not tell this from my recent workouts?
  • the (same?) plan is put in place, just with updated weights. As a user I had progressed to more complex lifts towards the end of the journey (which I was really excited about!) and I’m now back at the beginning. There needs to be some form of progression, or building from where you left off added to plans. That’s where a “coach” becomes valuable, not just single isolated and repetitive plans.
