Bought the bundle and the training app works well. However, always I want to start nutrition it freezes and crashes. I deleted it and reliaded but still the same. What is the catch, please?

Same problem. Nothing helps…also bought subscription with nutrition. It doesn’t even have web version of it(
Is there a real help desk in place, able to solve issues or is help desk fully outsourced to the member community? Thanks for your support!

when I try to sign in with my personal email and psw the app nutrition close and crashes.
I open also many tickets but I don’t receive any response.
I read that this a very common issue with nutrition app.
but I want resolve it, our money are not broken.
Have tracked an email address where support is promised. We‘ll see if they have a solution. Once I get something I will post it here.
To all out there with the same issue: mine seems solved and the app is running. Have sent an email to support at freeletics dot com indicating my Freeletics ID and the problem and now I can start the app.
