Hi. Ive paid and yet it does not register. I cannot find a human being anywhere to speak to. This is so frustrating. How do I get support and get what I paid for?
I’m sorry you’re having some trouble logging in to the app and accessing your subscription. I’ve taken a really quick look and I believe that you have a subscription that is linked to an account that uses a different email address. If you log in to the correct account in the app, you should see this reflected.
