After finishing the couch workout, add an option to continue before moving to the cooldown. To choose from presets or from your own workouts. It feels weird to continue with an additional workout after just finishing the cooldown.
You can always throw in some extra spice while doing a coach day. The coach flow is just for reducing clicks if you want to do it in prescribed order.
Yes, but as I don’t have a ton of experience with exercise, I do not know how it will go until I am somewhere in the middle.
I do cool down and then continue, and then some more cool down. The cool down is just a minimal stretch so continuing doing some workout and then finish properly is actually not that bad

You can do that. After doing an interval/exercise that is part of your coach day, and before launching the cooldown, go to single exercises or workouts and pick one. Then you can move back to the cooldown.
It is not obvious in the app at all and this question keeps coming up.
But what happens with the execution time of the training? I guess it will continue counting?
Your execution time is the sum of your couch prescribed exercises, intervals, workouts, Cooldown and warmup. All your extra work’s time is listed under Daily Activities.
