It would be nice, if it were possible to pass the cooldown part of the workout. This would be handy, if one plans to do another workout after the FL workout.
The warm ups are easy to pass as they are rep based (like when you have already done some exercise right before the FL workout and don’t need a separate warmup). But the stretching is time based and you cannot pass them. This is frustrating if you want to continue your workout with another sport, but you don’t want to quit the FL workout before it is finished.
