I am trying to find my payment receipt for the subscription purchase, however, I have not received an email with the receipt and it is not in my spam folder either. Where can I find it?
Think it depends on where you bought your subscription from

Unfortunately, same thing happened to me. It does not exist in either inbox or spam. I only have a payment overview in the welcome mail. I sent an e-mail to the support team and waiting for the answer.

they returned me and wanted to fill out a document for an official invoice. I did and wait for the final result.
They are fast and pretty helpful so far!
