Hi, I just finished a training session. It was the last session of my planned sessions this week. I got a Perfect Week badge but it was the same as I got last week. On 15th Nov I got 29 Perfect Weeks and today I also got 29, not 30.
Can anyone explain why?

Hi Carl,
So the badge you are referring to is the “Perfect Week” badge. There’s only one of these badges, and it is continuously updated with each perfect week you log.
This means when you look at this badge for last week, you are looking at the same badge that has been updated this week.
You’ll see this next week if you also make a Perfect Week. If you scroll back to this week you’ll see it appear as a 30 week badge, but it will be next week that the badge has been updated.

Not quite sure I get the logic in it and also last week (15 Nov) when I got the first 29 badge it showed 28 on the week before. That’s why I’m confused now when I have two 29’s. And not 29 on 15 Nov and 30 on 21 Nov.
I don’t understand why it change system all of a sudden and 30 will show up for next week?
Does that mean my streak weeks are affected too? My last badge for that was 15 week streak on 24-11-05
Do you work with Freeletics or how does this support work? Can anyone check the system and correct things or how does it work?
Just asking cause it seems like there’s no ”official” support, just this forum of helpful and kind people.

I think you would have had the badge showing 27 right up until you completed your perfect week last week on the 15/11, when it would have then changed to 28. It then showed 28 all the way up to yesterday (21/11) when it’s updated to 29. It will remain showing 29 next week until, and also assuming you complete it, it will update to 30 upon another perfect week.
It’s essentially the exact same badge. It can’t show 2 different figures this week and last week.
No, your perfect week streak is constantly updated, although you only see the last milestone in the badges (it’s currently 17).
I do indeed work for Freeletics We have our Brand Ambassadors (the athletes actually in the videos in the app), our Support team, App Developers…pretty much everyone to be honest on here.

I think I understand it a bit clearer now. Not a big deal really but I just got curious when it’s not bee n like this before.
But here are two screenshots to look at, both weeks are showing 29, the 15th and 21st of November. And my point is that when I got 29 on the 15th it was 28 on the week before and I’ve never seen the same number in two different weeks

Nothing has changed with this, this code has been stable since we introduced the badge
Yes, that’s because it’s the same badge. I guess we could remove it from view for the previous week, but I’m not entirely sure that it is something we would want to do.
It might just have took a bit of time to update the cache on your phone.
Trust me…look at it next week. If you do a perfect week next week, you’ll see the same 30 week badge in both this week, and next week.
