I’m on a Dumbbell gain journey, 5 days a week.
I always add a God workout or a muscle group workout to achieve a more complete daily workout.
My suggestion:
Having the ability to preplan my daily and add a workout to my liking before I start the session.
I find myself scrolling through the available workouts before I start the session and writing down on a piece of paper the addition that I want to add so I won’t forget the name of it. It is tedious.
