problem accessing recovery app bundle - only 7 days free and not 6 months?!
I paid £17.99 for the offer from Freeletics for the Recovery App Bundle, but when I go to activate my Pliability account etc it says i need to sign up for 6 months or a year, and that there are fees to pay.
The offer quite explicitly said that, for example, the Pliability was free for six months (and would need to be paid for after that), so why am i being asked to commit to payment now?
Furthermore, when activating the Pliability account, it says I only get 7 days free and not 6 months?!
The whole process is really clunky guys.
I will ask Apple to refund unless it’s resolved satisfacorily, and even then i think it’s pretty underhand / sneaky the way Freeletics is selling these ‘offers’

I had the same problem, it was supposed to arrive by email and if you don’t sign up with the link, it doesn’t work. I never received the email, and seems like you didn’t either. There’s no other way to link your apps together so they know you paid for the bundle.
I did receive the email with links for each offer after buying the recovery bundle, but pliability still only offers the standard 7 day free trial before charging when I use the link.
I didn’t have any issues redeeming the other apps in the offer, which is a bit disappointing as pliability was the one I was aware of and keen to join
Support email sent, let’s see if it gets actioned. Are there any other support routes available if not?

I have given up.
It’s just so poor from Feeletics to say ‘nothing to do with us’.
It’s also a shame because I really like the app but i definitely feel conned, and judging by other posts I have seen, my experience is not uncommon.
