Hi, I have noticed that often I do dozens or hundreds of reps of some sort as part of my training journey and they don’t add up on the little daily challenges I joined….
Ex. Pushups, squats, etc.

So you shouldn’t look at the challenges as something that is part of your regular Coach assigned training. They are meant to be done in addition to this training.

Yeah, it’s not that easy Just hope that you never join a 50 day Burpee Challenge and get assigned an Aphrodite during the challenge period
I have had a few similar and it was a bummer😮💨
