It would be nice if the app would contain a voice recognition to indicate a finished rep. Something like „freeletics next“ or so to get to the next rep/exercise/pause.
I totally agree…it’s uncomfortable to interrupt the exercises just to tap on the screen and also it’s disgusting to continuously need to touch the device while sweating, I think it’s so necessary to add this feature.
P.S. on iOS even simply adding support for Siri Shortcuts could be enough, but there isn’t…
Hi,
When we have a few sets of the same workout for don’t need go to the phone, we could use something like “freeletics next” and jump to the next exercise.
what you guys think on this?
I don’t know the weightlifting plans - but in case of a bodyweight god workout, I really do something wrong if I have the breath to give voice commands
I get out of breath sometimes(mostly lol) and moving to reach the phone give the time to breath, so, not moving and do a deep breath can help to give a voice control to change the exercise.
There is a few times the phone isnt right next to me, or I do an exercise in the floor and the phone is in the table and other times the other way around.
To be clear what I meant:
There are for sure some athletes needing such a feature (I guess especially for athletes doing strength focused training)- but also some not needing this. Such a feature has to be optional (I personally would never be able to catch my breath in such a way that I could clearly give some voice commands in the same time I need to tap on phone to jump to next exercise).
Not trying to promote apple watch but I like it that I can tap ‘next’ on it without having to do it on my phone. Not sure that this one feature is worth the price of the watch though
That will replace my voice command, I use my Apple Watch all the time but I forgot all the time to open the Freeletics app there lol
