Abonnement inactive,

In order for our technical engineers to reproduce and understand your problem as quickly as possible, we usually need answers to the following questions :point_down:t2:

-Description of every single step you made until you encountered this error-what did you do, what happened?
:point_right:t2:I do not know what happened yesterday, but I was automatically disconnected with my app and had to change my password.

Today, I wanted to prepare my breakfast but nothing came. I always had an error of connection. I saw that I did not had problems to connect my iPhone on the net, so I deleted the app, and recovered it. However, it was like if I never had an account! I have an abonnement for life since four years.

When I wanted to go to Freeletics training, my abonnement was also inactive. I tried much times to go to my profil and to restore my abonnement, but I always have a message saying “Failure to the restauration of you abonnement.” I contact Freeletics, but I have to wait 7 days (!) without knowing if everything is erase and if I have to begin to zero…
