I have a Concept 2 rowing machine in my home gym and would like to be able to use this as part of warm-ups and cardio sessions

Freeletics had rowing as part of its dedicated Gym app (discontinued) and it was a great addition to the Freeletics equipment list. I also hope that they can bring it back one day!
Until they do, you can always sneak a rowing session in before or after the scheduled coach day as a warm up or cool-down.
