Alternating One-Armed Hangs: my nemesis

Every time I get Alternating One-Armed Hangs on my coach workout, I can’t look forward to working out at all. Why? Because I can’t for the life of me hold on enough to all of them, not even just “alright”, I literally fall down because I can’t hold myself up.

I’m contemplating disabling this exercise altogether, but before I do I’d want some advice what to do with them?

Maybe try using just a few fingers on the other hand to help, and reduce until you can hold with just one hand? You can also try using a false grip if your fingers are slipping too quickly.
