Change difficulty

Hello, i would like to know how to make harder Les workouts because I do not get tired with mine

Hi Marina,

For your Coach training there is an Adapt Session button that lets you change the difficulty. I believe this is available only for normal bodyweight journeys, I don’t have it for my Kettlebell journey.

Also, you can always do additional exercises or even create your own workouts.
Please make sure your technique is as described.
