Hello,
I cannot finish an exercise using the Apple watch. The button finish does not respond, so I have to finalise it using the mobile.
It works ok to move to the next exercise in the same series but gets stuck when the series is complete.

Tested with both apple watches version4 and version8 + Iphone XS Max.

Thanks

I have the same problem with the finish button. The button IS there, it’s just not responsive. Hopefully it’s already on the radar of bugs to fix.

Hey @here :wave:t2:

I’m sorry that it’s taken us so long with this but I have an update. Essentially, a lot of the changes that we are rolling out to the Training app are not compatible with the current experimental Watch app, with the result that we have to take the step now to remove this feature for the time being.

You can read a bit more about why we have to take this step at the post below :point_down:t2:

Hi Ben,
Thanks for the update. I’m very sorry to hear that you are dropping the Apple Watch app. I found it really useful in keeping up the momentum during my workouts. The problem now of course is that a lot of my PB’s have been set using the watch app, where I didn’t have to take the time to stop and walk to my iPhone every time I changed exercise. It would be important for me to be able to reset the PB’s that I have recorded so that my training journeys are meaningful. Will resetting the PB’s be possible?
Regards
Knut

I completely agree, the watch allowed me to take significant time off my PBs. I would not have used it if I knew it was going away, some of the PBs I have set will be near impossible to break now. I would love to be able to reset certain gods (I think I can get fit enough to beat the longer ones still, even without the watch so I kind of want to keep those for the extra challenge!)

Hey Knut and Adam :wave:t2:

So it is possible to do this-there are essentially 2 options.

The easiest way to accomplish this :point_down:t2: is to Delete a Performance. You will want to tap on the “Workouts” tab in the “Workouts” menu, and just select the God performance that you wish to delete.

The far more drastic option is to completely reset your Athlete profile, which erases all training history-essentially giving you an Athlete level of “0”. I think that’s what you are asking here Knut :point_down:t2:

I really never recommend that we take this step, having a good training history really helps the Coach assign you the right level of sessions, ensuring you make the best progress towards your own training goals. PBs are but one indicator of training progress, and I honestly would focus on the progress you have surely made-in terms of your overall fitness, your mental wellbeing, your diet etc.

Hi Ben,
Thanks for the reply. I take from your reply that it is possible but not desirable to completely reset the App. If that’s what I want to do, what are the required steps? I can’t find any reference to it on the FAQ’s or forum.
Regards Knut

@KKlimmek Deleting a performance is described here: Delete a performance

On the latest iOS it is impossible to finish workout at the end. In result the workout cannot be recorded.
This renders the whole application not usable.
