I have the same problem with the finish button. The button IS there, it’s just not responsive. Hopefully it’s already on the radar of bugs to fix.

Essentially, a lot of the changes that we are rolling out to the Training app are not compatible with the current experimental Watch app, with the result that we have to take the step now to remove this feature…

Hi Ben, Thanks for the update. I’m very sorry to hear that you are dropping the Apple Watch app. I found it really useful in keeping up the momentum during my workouts. The problem now of course is that a lot of my PB’s have been set using the watch app, where I didn’t have to take the time to stop…
