I have two Freeletics accounts - the first one I created using Facebook login, but I’ve never really used it. After a while I created a new account using Google Sign In and I’m now at level 72. I would like to connect this account to Facebook, but I get an error that my Facebook account is already connected to another Freeletics account (which makes sense). Is there a way to get rid of the old account and connect my current account to Facebook? I assume this requires manual intervention by an admin? Who can help me?
Hi @hhalbig80 You can delete your unused account by yourself. You have just to login, go to Profile, Settings and scroll to bottom.
