Daily Athlete Score (DAS)

In the DAS, I’ve noticed an issue. I workout 5 days a week. But depending on the timezone I need to move a couple of days around. This apparently creates a problem for the consistency score.

Even though performance 85, and I’ve had 57 flawless weeks. This little blip is at 65. Throwing my score off.

There has to be a way to improve this reading.

Are you doing your Base every day?
