I signed up for a free test account a year ago and then bought in just a few days ago. I think the entire inactive year is counting against my overall score. Is there any way to delete that time I was “inactive”?
Hi @concreteinterface, there is no way to reset your active time to a certain date. But it’s just a question of a couple of days and you can see your consistency score climbing up.
