Hi all. I’ve never understood why Freeletics doesn’t have a history for each exercise to track progress. Is this planned for future updates?Thanks

There is a kind of training history for every god workout and exercise.
What it looks like for (in my case) 1000 Single Unders with Jump Rope
You find this on your profile tab, Workouts and then you can choose between workouts, exercises and runs to see all your tracked executions.

Hi, thanks for anawer, but I’d like to see my previous history when the coach gives me a dumbbell bench press or a barbell squat. This applies to each exercise.

Ahhhh, you meant weighted exercises with used weights. Sorry, that wasn’t clear enough for me (living in bodyweight fitness world somehow ).
