Feedback on Current App Development (Ultimate Strength Journey)

Hello everyone,

I am currently following the Ultimate Strength Journey and would like to share some observations:

  • Warm-up format: For the past three workouts, the warm-up exercises have been based on repetitions instead of seconds. Personally, I found the time-based version much better, since you didn’t have to count and could focus more on execution.
  • App usability: The app has become increasingly cumbersome. Runs and other exercises are difficult to find. In the past, there were four clearly structured menus, which made navigation much simpler and more intuitive.
  • Exercise structure: To this day, individual exercises are not properly combined. For example, left and right sides have to be selected separately in the menu, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.
  • Performance: Overall, the app’s performance is not convincing. Load times and navigation feel sluggish and poorly optimized.

My impression is that the app has been developing in a negative direction in terms of user-friendliness. I hope these points will be taken into account in future updates.
