- There is an active integration with Strava in my account.
- I record a new activity (usually, 10-15 mins) on Strava where activity type is âWorkoutâ (the record is synchronised from my Garmin watch where activity type is Cardio)
- This âworkoutâ activity is not available under 'Daily Activitiesâ section in Freeletics app .
- Meanwhile, activities with âRunâ, âYogaâ, or âHIITâ is synchronised successfully (using the same data flow: Garmin â Strava â Freeletics)

There are 3 activities in Strava (HIIT, Run, Workout) [today is 25.12.2025]

But there are only 2 synchronised activity in Freeletics app (HIIT and Run) since âWorkoutâ activity is not synchronised. [today is 25.12.2025]
