We’ve added Heart Rate Charts to the Freeletics Coach experience. Now, if you work out with a connected wearable, you’ll get detailed heart rate zones and heart rate charts at both the session and interval levels.
This powerful new feature helps you better gauge your training intensity, monitor stamina, and improve overall performance.
Who can access Heart Rate Charts?
This feature is available to all Coach users across all Training Journeys. To see your heart rate charts, simply connect a wearable device that records heart rate data, like an Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, or any heart rate monitor synced with your Health app.
Getting started:
- Make sure you’ve granted Freeletics permission to access your heart rate data from your Health app.
- Check that your age is up to date, as this info is used to calculate your personalized heart rate zones.
What do the Heart Rate charts show?
- Heart Rate Chart: Displays your individual heart rate values over time during your workout, pulled directly from your Health app.
- Heart Rate Zones Chart: Breaks down your heart rate into zones based on your max heart rate (estimated from your age). If you don’t know about heart rate zones, tap the info sheet to learn what each zone means and how it relates to your training intensity.
If the charts don’t appear immediately, give them a few minutes to load!
Privacy note: Your heart rate data stays completely private; no information is saved or shared within the Freeletics app.
