How do I adjust sets, exercises etc in a workout and future workouts

Hey is there a way to stop getting say 6 sets of a timed exercise on kettlebell swings for example? Cannot stand a workout solution that just adds this number of sets.

Also some of the warmup activities like assisted standups were you literally get up off the floor I want to remove these from existence and never see them again. Can I tune to this degree so I actually start getting decent workouts or am I basically going to have to create all my own workouts?
