Thanks Ben,

I will review the email and what i need to do and i think i would love being part of the team.

I like to go pretty hard and i think some exercises or tweaks really help my MMA training.

Bonjour

Regarding the flexible training plans again:

If I understand it correctly, is it similar to Fitbod? So, there won’t be any more journeys, but instead, workouts are generated based on the available equipment and other details, while still matching the fitness level?

At the moment, I’m doing the journey with just the barbell because I want to focus more on weights. However, I sometimes miss bodyweight exercises or using dumbbells or kettlebells, without the rest times being too short.

Hello,
first of all, I would suggest to respect the new laws and regulations about tricking customers to pay year after year even if they don’t use the app with your auto-resubscribe.
Thanks

Hey Quenty :wave:t2:

Whilst we have a general idea of the direction we want to move in, we don’t have a final solution in mind. We want as much input from the Community as possible to do this, hence the invite to take part in our Research program :+1:t2:

I downloaded the test flight app version.

While I was browsing trough the excercises of the workout builder, i saw alot of interesting excercises with the barbell such as “snatch” etc.

There are many more exercises like this that would be perfect for the Hybrid Strength journey. It would be even better if there were no specific journey anymore, but instead, you simply select the equipment as indicated, and the coach adds everything to the exercises that has so far been “hidden.” This way, you achieve absolute fitness.

Furthermore, it would be beneficial if you could swap out an exercise you don’t enjoy or would like to replace with an alternative. The coach could keep in mind how much weight or how many repetitions you previously managed with the other exercise and build on that.

Can you please bring back the option to take photo for personal body transformation?

I have another idea, this time about the “community tab.”

It would be great if, instead of only seeing the people you follow, there was an additional tab called something like “Browse Free Athletes,” where randomly selected members you don’t follow would be displayed.

This would allow members to connect with others more easily, helping to bring the community even closer together.

I’m both excited and impatient to see the new features, but I hope that at least in the weightlifting TJs, a more linear programming can be maintained. I’d definitely like more customization in exercise selection (for example, I’d love to be able to replace push press with military press) and also in the choice of rep ranges (at a certain point in the “barbell gain” program, I’d like to be able to work on a phase of higher intensity with a rep range lower than the 6 reps suggested by the coach). At the same time, I don’t want to lose the periodization imposed by this program with its division into accumulation and intensification phases (adaptation, hypertrophy, and strength), risking that in the pursuit of endless variety, we lose something fundamental: the repetition over time of a few simple selected exercises to focus on and improve.
Maybe I’d prefer a wider choice of weightlifting TJs with more customization options, rather than completely abandoning TJs in favor of a continuous flow of training without well-defined phases.

appreciate if the app is able to connect to Bluetooth heart rate monitors such as arm bands or chest straps , to assist with training calculations and heart rate zones

awesome!!!

Would be nice to have more exercises and an option to add new one.

We should have an option to define which target muscle for each scheduled day ex: Monday (Back), Tuesday (Chest and Triceps) etc. Sometimes it feel we do too many fullbody workouts.
