Meal frequency per day

Hello all,

One quick question: How can I adapt the meal frequency in the nutrition coach?

I am quite surprised that mine is working with 5 meals a day. Which person with an intensive job has time for meal preparation 5 times a day? I would like to adjust it to maximum 3-4 meals, but cannot find where to change it.

The short answer, which isn’t a hugely positive one, is that it’s not possible to do this.

The Freeletics Nutrition Coach will assign, generally 4-5 meals per day depending on the Training Goal, but 1-2 of these meals is going to be light snack, usually taking only around 5 minutes to prepare.
