Hello. So I was working out using “Upper Body Ease In” and the exercises were so intensive. There wasn’t any break time in between workout exercises. Please include 1 minute break in between warmup sets to prevent exaustion or breathing difficulties.
Do you mean one of those free to chose warmups?
Even if don’t: you are free to take breaks as much as needed within warmups, exercises, intervals and workouts. Those additional breaks (there are some intended breaks within intervals and within a couple of good workouts) will be less the fitter you become.

If you need breaks on a warm up, just keep the exercise animation running after you finished all repetitions until you caught your breath again. Then touch the screen to switch to the next exercise.
