Rest Time Between Intervals

Hi Freeleticizers. How much time should one rest between intervals? Is there a standard, or does it depend on the muscle group you’re training? Or is this answer located in the app but I haven’t noticed it? Thanks in advanced.

As short as possible, but as long as needed. Catch a breath, try to get your heart rate to a decent level, clap clap and on you go! :slight_smile:
