Notifications not working

Hi🙋‍♀️. My notifications in my app have been frozen more than24h, no new comments,claps or responses are coming in although i can see them if i go directly to the post.
I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it,but still only old ones visible under notification. Not sure what to do🤦‍♀️

Ah, that’s strange, sounds like there might be a problem here

I know this might seem like a stupid question, but have you still got this notification setting enabled in the app? You’ll find this via the settings icon on your Profile tab, and it’s in “Privacy” and then “Notifications”. If it is enabled can you share the below?

Your device
Freeletics app version
Your os or iOS version
And a couple of screenshots showing the problem.

So to recap, you see that you should be getting notifications eg Athletes a workout, but you get no notification for this?

Photo about the problem…last notif i got…but as u can see lots if more action going on my page after that. So yes i can see claps and comments under training but no notif about it.

Thanks for all that-it does look strange. Can you also just let me know what mobile phone you have? This helps us to replicate the problem as fast as possible

And i think first thing that dissapeared was notif about comments replys under other people training…but i ignored it few days already

We want to try a quick workaround to see if this works-can you enable the “Motivation & knowledge” button and let’s see if that has any impact.

I also tested it (Android 12 on Pixel 5 using App Beta Version 22.8.0) - no notifications with all notification options set.
