Latest app update doesn't work

Hi there!

My app started looking different about a week ago. The coach page no longer has mindset training on it, and the daily workouts are on the primary coach day page instead of on the session page. I’m assuming Freeletics rolled out an update.

Unfortunately, the update is making my app run terribly. It’s slow, automatically changes screens without me clicking on anything, and doesn’t update to show adaptations.

Would it be possible to roll back to update and return to the last version? I liked the old version and the new one is too glitchy to be worth it. Thanks!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble here. So this is a deliberate update, although obviously the trouble you are having with the screen changes and “Adapt session” widget are not planned.

Could you provide the below for us if this is still a problem so that we can try to replicate this and understand it a bit more?

  • A screen recording showing step by step how you encounter this bug
  • Device (for example iPhone 13 / Galaxy S21)
  • Operating system version (for example iOS 13 / Android 11)
  • Version of the Freeletics app (for example 6.37)
