I am in second week of using nutrition. I was happy by now with the app but today the coach proposes me same meal (Quick Zucchini and Parmesan Hash) in the same day. And tomorrow for breakfast coach proposes again the same meal. I would like to lose weight but I know eating the same food all the time is not the right way. I am losing the confidence that coach actually knows what is proposing as this sounds quite basic for me.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?
