i really would like to see a clear company strategy how to handle lifetime users. What i mean i can see a lot of good possibilities for new subscribers like bundles. For instance when i purchased my lifetime access i could not effort the coach+nutrition package, only the coach. I really would like to add the nutrition coach to my lifetime access now, but it is not possible. Pliability, Calm are all really nice apps and as a new user you get it in a bundle. What happens with the loyal old fellows? I am with freeletics almost from the beginning.
So, can we see a company startegy plan how to support the users who has already lifetime access?
