can someone contact me about you designing a push/pull/legs coaching program? I have been a coaching member off and on for years. My biggest complaint about you program is that there double dipping on muscles when I would prefer resting muscles and using a push/pull/legs split.
I see this has been discussed by other members and the answer has been “go on the app and pick and choose workouts that cater to this routine.” My argument to that would be, as a coaching member, I want the coach to have a designed program for me to do each day/week etc.
The reason I like the coaching program is because I don’t have to think ahead of time what to do that day, I simply open the app and do the warmup and workouts that the coaching program has pre-planned.
Can you create a program that is catered to that split?
