Training journey - upper body only

I would like to understand if there is any training journey which I can join mainly focus on bar exercices, like pull ups, chin ups… etc wih no leg exercices.

I know I can create a workout but I would like an specific training journey to develop all this kind of musculature, back, arm and chest
