Hi everyone, I wanted to return to training after a break and decided to start Ultimate Strength again, but I noticed two strange things:

It doesn’t seem to matter whether I choose Traditional Strength or HIIT Strength. Traditional Strength used to start with one compound exercise followed by intervals with longer breaks between sets. Now it looks identical to HIIT Strength. There is no main compound lift, and everything is intervals with 15–30 seconds rest.

I can’t set up a pullup skill progression. It only shows up in my routine when I combine it with another progression (for example pushups). When I choose pullups alone, it never appears on any of my training days.
Has anyone experienced the same?
