What do you mean by “cannot”? A screenshot would also be helpful to understand the problem 
well, I have received an email with the offer, I follow the link, I chose the coach+nutrition plan, and then the link goes to my profile and there is no way to pay or chose the plan I want to buy
So you don’t see the offer when you log in to your profile on the website and click this link?
is it visible to someone with an active subscription? could that be the issue?
No, there’s nothing here that should pose a problem. Having an active subscription wouldn’t prevent the purchase of LTA.
