Unable to choose a journey

When I try to choose my next journey l get to a point where it asks how I wish to train, by order of preference, and even though I choose all the options from 1 to 5 I am stuck there, I can’t go any further. I click “next” and nothing happens.

I’ve tried uninstalling the app and installing it back again, but the problem remains.

I am using an iPhone 13 and version 25.15.0 of Freeletics, set in French. I live in Canada in EST time zone.

Be aware that it can take some time to reproduce and fix certain bugs, and so we do not normally give in-depth updates when resolving reported problems.

Sorry to hear you seem to be having trouble starting a Training Journey.

Can you try starting one again now? It would be helpful if you could take a screen recording to share with us when you do this in case you for some reason again aren’t able to start.
