Use your own warmup program or focused activity in your workout program

Hi,

I would like to be able to use my own warmup and cool-down in my workout journey. I am under recovery from a knee injury and have a recovery program that I would like to use as a warmup to save time during my workouts. That made me think that it would be nice to also be able to add a focus set during the journey as well or adapt for example a knee recovery exercise. Otherwise thanks for a great app

Hi @hagglundstefan , you can create your own workout in the workout builder. You could do your warmup or sets before of after the Coach’s session.
