Weight logging?

Hi,
I have been using Fitbod with my dumbells and as you know this app helps me keep track of which weight I have previously used for a certain activity and suggestions for what new weight I should use the next time I come back to the same activity. I have seen several posts with a request that this would be great to be incorporated in Freeletics as well. Any news on this topic? And how are others in the community solved the problem of not being able to keep track of what weight to use with a certain activity?

I came here looking to see if such a feature exists, because I am getting ready to start the next β€œjourney” and was trying see my history with the exercises I was asked about when setting it up. The previous few weeks of the my last journey appeared to have me doing extremely high reps with low weights, so I had a hard time remembering what I had done previously. What I had to do was go back through my stream session by session and try to find what I had done on previously. I found a page in the app that listed records for certain exercises and routines, but none of the ones I needed were listed.

Even better would be to have the app make a suggestion based on my past performance instead of having start over again from scratch.

Hi, looks like nobody from the Freeletics team or gurus are bothered to respond. Well, if I remember right some piece of information somewhere in this forum, then if you start a new journey and do not provide any feedback to the couch, it will not start from scratch with the load, but it will start where you ended your previous journey. I cannot guarantee because I am unable to find the post my memory is referring to.
