What happens at renewal?

Hello people

I started with 3 months of bodyweight strength training. I’m approaching the end of that 3 months and noticed that my account had been charged for another 3 month period. The renewal was automatic and I would’ve liked the options to choose 6 months rather, for instance.

Will I have the option of selecting the kind of workout/goal for this second period? How/when does this happen?

If you bought the app through an app store, you can upgrade there.

At the end of your training journey, you will be able to choose another one that suits your goal yeah!
