Hi guys I’m using Freeletics and I need some heaps in order to choose the right new journey. I’d like to add a new journey in addition to pade and tennis training, which journey do you suggest me in order to gain strength and muscles looking padel and tennis activities? I’d like to use the new journey in gym with weights.
I m 68 level of Freeletics with more or less 1400 workout done
