Would love to implement ab mat situps in the program, a great ab exercise!

There is nothing to stop you from using an Ab mat for sit-ups, if you use this consistently you can even use it with your Coach assigned situps. Lots of Free Athletes use a weighted vest for example. Where it becomes a problem is if you do not use it consistently, as the feedback you give to the Coach will vary depending on if you used it or not.
