Exercise alternatives - situps

Hi there. I have a god exercise later this week and it includes situps which I cannot do. Is it better to do the god exericse with crunches place of the situps or should I adapt the session so that situps are part of the workout? Thanks

I’m not sure what you mean. What are “god exercises”?
If you can not do Situps because of an injury you could exclude the exercise.
If you can not do Situps because of missing technique or strength, you can do Crunches instead (how ever Situps are assigned to you) and give correct feedback.
