Allow increasing time to get into position

Hello,
I have a problem with short time to get into position for timed exercises (e.g. Cobra) in warmup/cooldown sections. For some exercises (especially new ones) I need more time to switch positions.

Could you add an option to the Coach or account settings to adjust that time, please?

I’d like to be able to pause or also skip these. Sometimes I’m interrupted, or ha e to get up and get my foam roller, or want to do longer…
