My question is regarding excersises that alternate from the left arm to the right arm for example below are Dumbell snatches.
Its telling me to do 16 repetitions. The video shows them first lifting with one arm and then again with the other arm.
Does 1 repetition = 1 lift with 1 arm
Does 1 repetition = 1 lift with each arm.
This help as i think my interpretation may affect future suggested excersises
