Another beginner question

Hi again,
On warm up exercises like knee highs what is one rep?
One on left foot second rep right foot or is it left and right foot for one rep?

Each side counts as a rep - there is no exception(*) in counting when exercises are performed with alternating sides.

*There is always an exception :joy: Typewriter pull-ups are a special exercise.

I had knee wipers for 15 reps today so that’s 8 one side 7 other?

Yes. In this case I personally prefer doing 16 reps.

I have always done this too! Would love for FL to change the rep counts for one-sided exercises so they are always divisible by 2
