Broadest all-rounder journey

hi!
i was wondering: what journeys train all aspects of fitness needed for healthspan and well-being, without specializing? does doing one journey forever (like “marrying” one journey) lead to diminishing returns because of the need to periodise?
my best guesses:

  • freeletics hardcore: it seems to me the broadest in scope: endurance, vo2 max, varied resistance, and you are building muscle with no specialization (am i correct on this?) on either strength, power or hypertrophy;

  • explosive calisthenics: sure, it focuses on bodyweight strength and power, yet in doing so it also trains endurance, agility, mobility and control; lots of cardio especially in the second part; plus, the clear internal periodisation keeps the body on its toes.

    there are, it seems to me, other candidates to be all-rounders, but each lacks something: strength & stamina is an obvious one but it lacks a focus on power; explosive strength lacks a bit of endurance (is it correct?), but apart from that it looks promising to me; shred and burn is also broad but skewed towards a cut phase (and balanced burn even more so); ultimate strength seems designed more as a build phase than as a “marry-me-forever” choice.
    would a loop of freeletics hardcore - explosive calisthenics - repeat be complete for healthspan? is one of the two enough?
    plus: may freeletics hardcore become even more complete by allowing for external loads one day?
