Bug hellweek in 6 days instead of 7

Hello,

I mistakenly recorded an additional “hellweek” session following the one proposed, and on the same day. I was able to cancel the training but the coach still keeps this 2nd session in the day’s history, indicating an exercise time of 0 minutes and 0 workouts. And in fact he seems to consider this session (“no avenue”), as an effective stage of hellweek. As proof, without any intervention to rectify, the coach finally offered me 6 hellweek sessions over 6 days instead of the usual 7 sessions over 7 days. Did I make myself understood correctly? How to fix this bug?

Thanks for your help?

Sincerely.

Remi.

Hey Remi :wave:t2:

So it looks like you started this session out of order (i.e. earlier than scheduled) and then finished the session without actually doing it.

Let’s just recap a few fundamentals first of all :+1:t2:

  1. It’s possible to complete multiple Coach assigned sessions on the same day. This extends to a Hell Week, which one could if they wanted (really wouldn’t recommend it though), complete all on a single day.
  2. Starting a session that is scheduled for a future day, brings that session to the current day (i.e. the day you start it).

If you start a future session, there’s not really a way to “cancel the training” as you say in your post. If you simply leave the session open, you can come back to it when you are ready to train. This way you complete the training normally with the only downside being that the training is recorded in the app as being completed the day that the session was started.

If you end the session, i.e. hit the “Finish session” button, or swipe through and record a “0” time, then the session is marked as completed.

Thank you very much for your help Ben.
Best regards.
